Prior to joining our prestigious firm, Attorney Else graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He then went on to co-edit an 800-page resource book with his colleague, Attorney Brock Hunter. They have gone on to speak nationally on this topic, titled “The Attorney’s Guide to Defending Veterans in Criminal Court.” Attorney Else is also an executive director of the non-profit Veterans Defense Project, which strives to increase the number of veterans treatment courts. The project has recently earned a 2-year Minnesota state grant of $500,000, allowing the resource book to be published further.
